Our products come with a 2-year limited warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers manufacturing defects and material failures under normal use conditions. To claim the warranty, please retain your proof of purchase and fill in the product registration form.
1. The warranty is applicable only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
2. The warranty covers repair or replacement of defective parts, excluding shipping costs.
3. Any modifications or unauthorized repairs void the warranty.

We have added functionality to some of our connected products which allows your Eisteddfod product to interact with certain third-party services.
If you choose to allow your Eisteddfod device to interact with a third-party product (e.g. Spotify), certain information (including potentially personal information) will need to be shared with the third party product and the relevant third party provider. Generally, we will need to share a unique reference number to connect the two products, and information about your product and how you use it. We only share the minimum amount of personal information that we need to, to enable the two products to interact (e.g., to display your recently-played Spotify playlist within Eisteddfod connected products and mobile applications).
